Whole cloth painted with thickened dyes and paints. Glue resist used to create the rectangle shapes, then highlighted with thickened dyes. The background was detailed with black thickened dye and paints. Machine quilted on a felt backing. This piece was created with the skills I developed while enrolled in the Art Mastery Program with Jane Dunnewold. A special thank you goes out to AAQG for assisting me with a grant to help cover the tuition for this two and a half year course of study.
