This is a picture of my grandson Steven when he was three years old. He is now 27. About six years ago, my son asked me to make a pictorial of this particular picture, a favorite of his. Steven is playing with his dump truck in a pile of dirt his grandfather kept in our lot next door. The truck belonged to Steven's dad when he was little. The old hat is a well-worn Stetson of my dad's (his great-grandfather). I learned a lot from doing this piece -- primarily that I will never do another one. But I'm glad I did this one. I do like it.
