I started this quilt ten years ago with the appliqué from Nancy Pearson's design. I added the pink square, drew up the quilt designs, and then designed and started the pink ribbon appliqué. This quilt remained a UFO until, about six months ago my husband asked me if I was ever going to finish that pink thing. I felt it deserved better than the designation of "the pink thing" and promptly finished it. "Pink Ribbons" is a much more elegant name.
