1700: Modern Quilt
Category Description: A modern quilt takes a novel approach to traditional quilting including (but not limited to) the use of any of the following: asymmetry, simplicity and minimalism, reinterpretation of traditional blocks, alternative block structures, increased negative space, and improvisational piecing. Quilts in this category may be any size but miniature.
