This is the first quilt that I have made all by hand. I started it in 2002 when my brother was in M.D. Anderson Hospital and I needed hand work to pass the time. I found piecing by hand to be easy enough, but the hand quilting was a struggle. Eight years later it’s finally done. This is also my first show entry ever.
